This show was a benefit for victims of the Fourmile Canyon Fire that also featured a Trey and Mike setBig Head Todd and The MonstersString Cheese Incident (with Trey) and Yonder Mountain String Band (with Fish). Page sat in with Leftover Salmon from Mama Boulet through the end of the show. Muddy Water Home featured Page and Bill Nershi. Bill Nershi and Bonnie Payne sat in for Fire Line through the rest of the show.  
Back in the Basement, Fire Lamp (Big Chief), and Good Ol' Funky Music featured Mike on an additional bass.
This performance was part of the Jammys, at which Phish received a lifetime achievment award. Page led a group of musicians including bassist Christian McBride, drummer Roy Haynes, saxophonist James Carter and trumpeter Nicholas Payton through "Magilla" and "Cars Trucks Buses." The Headcount All-Stars (Marc Brownstein, Jon Gutwillig, Kyle Hollingsworth, Jake Cinninger and Joe Russo) ended the evening with a tribute set that included "Wilson," "Antelope," "2001" and "Maze."

In addition to Mike and DJ Le Spam, “CJ3” also featured members of Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe: Karl Denson on saxophone, Brian Jordan on guitar, and Chris Littlefield on trumpet.

This free performance was part of the University of Vermont’s annual SpringFest. Before the Jam preceding Auld Lang Syne, Page announced that they had a TV tuned into Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve so they would get the countdown right, followed by Oteil teasing “Charge!”. Midnight was celebrated with pyrotechnics and a balloon drop. Page sat out for “America the Beautiful”; Oteil dedicated the song to New York City. “Light Up or Leave Me Alone” featured Trey and Mike, both playing Languedoc guitars.
